Hunger can affect anyone in any community. To successfully end food insecurity, we recognize it's going to take more than just collecting cans. 

Pearline Parker-Shaw was not just my grandmother; she was a gift, a precious treasure that radiated joy, warmth, and love to everyone she encountered. She was a beacon of light, a source of comfort, and a pillar of strength. Additionally, she spoiled me rotten 

Pearline Parker-Shaw welcomed all who entered her home with open arms, cooking and feeding them with love and generosity. In her honor, we pay tribute to her legacy with Pearline's Pantry.
